Once a user chooses to delete their account, all personal data associated with that account will be permanently erased. If the user wishes to apply for a loan in the future, they will need to resubmit and complete the identity verification process.

Please note that if you have outstanding bills, you will not be able to proceed with the account deletion request. Ensure that all loans and fees are settled before requesting the deletion of your account.

Upon submission of the account deletion request, our team will process it within 7 to 14 business days. We will expedite the procedure for you and appreciate your patience during this time.
